Data & Account Deletion Policy

At Sonna, we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. If you wish to terminate your account and delete your data from our systems, please follow the steps below.
How to request Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your Sonna account and all associated data, you can do one of the following:
Option 1 (In-App - Recommended)
Inside the Sonna App, navigate to your Creator Tab / Profile Account, scroll to the bottom, and tap the "Delete Account" button. The process is instant and automated.
Option 2 (Via Email)
Alternatively, send an email to support@sonna.smilarity.xyz from the email address associated with your Sonna account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
What data is deleted?
Upon processing your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers (Turso):
- Your Name and Email Address
- Your Authentication Identity (Google Sign-In associations)
- Your generated Audio Files and Project History
- Your Credit balances and Subscription status
Data Retention & Processing Time
We aim to process all deletion requests within 14 business days. Please note that certain financial transaction logs (such as those tied to In-App Purchases) may be retained longer strictly for tax, legal, and compliance purposes as required by local authorities. All other personal and usage data will be irreversibly wiped.
